Jim Marshall was a Godsend for us. We became emotionally attached to a beach house in Ocean City, NJ. Because of Jim, we are enjoying our new home more than we ever imagined. He simplified what could have been a very complicated and contentious sale experience. I don’t think the sale would have ever happened if it weren’t for his expertise and compassion.
